• Accessing non-public areas without permission.
• Interfering with user, host, or network operations.
• Unauthorized access or account creation.
• Promoting unauthorized products or services.
• Distributing pirated software or related content.
• Hosting IRC or BitTorrent/P2P programs.
• Advocating bigotry or hatred.
• Violating any laws or infringing on others’ rights.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services without refund.

4. Account Eligibility

By registering for the Services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• If acting on behalf of another party, you have the authority to bind them to this Agreement.
• You provide accurate and complete registration information.

You are responsible for maintaining current contact information. GigaGPU is not liable for service lapses due to outdated information. Providing false information may lead to account termination.

5. Termination

GigaGPU may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement or any incorporated policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

GigaGPU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By using GigaGPU’s Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Terms of Service Agreement.
